Technical Troubleshooting Guide

 

1.  Can you go to other sites on the on the Internet?

If yes then, go to question 2.

If no, then:

a)     a)      Reboot your computer

b)     b)      Try from another workstation if available

c)      c)      Contact your ISP or Network Administrator

 

2.  Are you starting to download the audio then it hangs up?

If no, then go to 3.

If yes, then:

a)     a)      Verify you have enough space on your hard drive (about 20 Megs free)

b)     b)      Try another workstation if available

c)      c)      Reboot your computer

 

3.  Have you downloaded the Audio File, but it won’t play?

If no, then go to 4.

If yes, then:

a)     a)      Verify the file you downloaded is the expected size and has been completely received by your workstation.

b)     b)      Click on the link for the audio test file.  Download them and try playing them.

Did the test Audio File play?

      If yes, call the technical help line and inform them that the test file worked, but the main links to the audio MP3 files did not work.

      If no, then you may need to reinstall a MP3/MP2 Player.
