Dave Strader is in his 23rd season of play-by-play in the NHL. Dave began his NHL career as the voice of the Detroit Red Wings where he called games for 11 seasons. He then moved on to be one of the NHL voices on ESPN for 8 seasons. After 2 years as the voice of the Florida Panthers, Dave is now the TV voice of the Phoenix Coyotes.

In addiition to his work at ESPN, Dave has called network broadcasts of the NHL on Fox, ABC, NBC and NHL Radio. He has called every NHL All Star game and Stanley Cup Final since 1997 with NHL International to a worldwide TV audience of more than 150 countries.
